Full of flavour, all natural Italian dried vegetable/herb mix including red peppers, zucchini, carrot and leek. Put in a pan with 1 cup of water, once the water is almost absorbed add olive oil, saute for a few minutes then add a tomato pasta sauce or one of your choice and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Add cooked pasta to mixture in pan and toss together with olive oil or cream and grated Parmesan - also great with chicken or prawns or dollops of ricotta - delicious! Makes 4-5 servings.
