This beautifully presented high quality white wine vinegar has been obtained by slow fermentation and aged in wooden barrels, one of the most natural ways to produce wine vinegar - it has been produced with selected varieties of Chianti, Cabernet, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Lambrusco.  The superior characteristics of this vinegar renders it a perfect product for everyday use as a condiment and also for marinades and pickling.



  • 1 medium rock melon
  • 1 red pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • ½ medium red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar

Dice melon and peppers into ½ cm cubes.  Finely dice onion and mint.  Toss with honey and vinegar, allow to sit at least one hour before serving over grilled chicken breast or fish fillet.
