Salmon Carpaccio with Strawberry Condiment
Ingredients (serves 4)
200 gr. fresh salmon
1 bunch fresh rocket leaves
3 mushrooms
3 tomatoes
Green and pink peppercorns
Salt and lemon
Extra virgin olive oil
Agretti Strawberry or Blaze Strawberry Balsamic Glaze
Method:
Arrange the salmon slices on a serving platter, drizzle with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Let stand for at least two hours. Before serving, cover the salmon with rocket and finely sliced mushrooms and tomatoes, add some green and pink peppercorns. Drizzle the Carpaccio with Agretti Strawberry or Strawberry Blaze and serve.
