Fruit and Cheese Platter with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
400g fresh seasonal fruit such as pears, figs, grapes, strawberries, bananas, plums, apples etc
240g Pecorino di Fossa cheese or good quality aged Parmesan
120g dried fruit
Acetum Fiaschetta Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 4 Leaf Grade
Method:
Cut the cheese in small slices.
Clean the fresh fruit and slice also.
Pour the a small amount of the Balsamic Vinegar into a small glass or bowl suitable for dipping.
Place the cheese, sliced fresh fruit and dried fruit on a serving platter with the Balsamic Vinegar. Supply toothpicks or small dessert forks.
Dip the cheese and fruits in the Balsamic Vinegar...enjoy.
