Omelette with Balsamico
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 ham slices (preferably free range)
4 slices of Maarsdam (or similar) cheese
Acetum Fiaschetta Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 4 Leaf or Classic Balsamic Glaze
Method:
Beat the eggs together and pour into a large heated flat bottom pan. Turn on to other side once bottom is cooked. Place slices of cheese and ham onto the top side. Once the other side is cooked place on a plate and gently roll, turn the outer edge to the bottom so the omelette stays rolled cut into slices two slices and place one slice on a second plate. Drizzle both with the Balsamic Vinegar or Classic Balsamic Glaze and serve with fresh Italian parsley.
Alternatively for a little spice try with Acetum Balsamic Pepper sauce
