Crostini with Green Olive Tapenade
Ingredients:
1 x jar of Gaea green olive tapenade
Good quality european style round bread sliced in approx 1 cm thick slices
handful of pinenuts (toasted in a little olive oil until light brown).
Gaea Kalamata or Green Olives sliced to garnish
Toast bread in a toaster or under the grill in a very hot oven (for approx 4 mins). Spread with the green olive tapenade and garnish with toasted pine nuts and slithers of olive.
