Long relatively flat ribbons of pasta that are suitable for a large variety of accompaniments including spicy, seafood, hearty meat or cream bases sauces. I Due Pastori Fettuccine is textured as part of the extrusion process meaning it holds sauces wells and is beautiful to eat.
Bucatini Pasta 500g
A thick round Spaghetti like pasta with a hole running through the centre of it. Usually served with casseroles or hearty meat dishes or they can be broken up and used in minestrone soup
Linguine Pasta 500g
A long thin noodle similar to Spaghetti but flat rather than round. While versatile it works particularly well with lightly textured tomato based sauces with or without meat, seafood, vegetable pieces or with pesto.
