STICKY PORK SPARE RIBS
- 750g American style pork ribs
- 3 tablespoons Reuben Solomon's Roasted Chilli Jam
- 1 tablespoon water
Line a baking tray with foil and preheat oven to 160C. Cut the ribs into sets of four and combine the Roasted Chilli Jam and water. Spoon half over one side of the ribs and cook for 45 minutes. Turn the ribs over and coat with the remaining chilli jam. Cook a further 45 minutes. The chilli jam will form a delicious glaze.
Remove the ribs to a chopping board and use a sharp knife to cut into individual pieces.
Serve with a salad. Serves 4.
