The mildest curry paste in the range, the combination of ground almonds, exotic spices and saffron makes a curry fit for a king! Delicious with rice or roti and, if desired, sambols and chutneys. Mild. Gluten free and vegetarian friendly.
- 750g cubed lamb
- half jar Charmaine Solomon's Korma Curry Paste
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- ½ - 1 cup cream
Marinate the cubed lamb in the Korma Curry Paste.
In a heavy pan, heat the ghee or oil and fry the marinated lamb, stirring until brown.
Add ½ cup water, cover and simmer until tender. Stir in cream and simmer until curry gravy is reduced and thick.
For VEGETABLE KORMA, fry half jar Korma Curry Paste in ghee or oil for a few minutes, add 1/3 cup water and 800g cut vegetables. Stir to coat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Stir in ½ - 1 cup cream and simmer until curry gravy is reduced and thick.
