A beautifully presented replica of the traditional glass flask sealed with a cork and yellow ribbon - the design is held exclusively by Acetum.  It is a Certified 4 Leaf Grade Balsamico making it a sweet and aromatic product classified as having a superb taste and derived from the best selection.  Perfect for drizzling over parmigiano reggiano, fresh fruit, ice cream and other desserts.



  • fresh seasonal fruit such as pears, figs, grapes, strawberries, bananas, plums, apples etc.
  • 240g pecorino cheese or good quality aged parmesan
  • 120g dried fruit
  • Fiaschetta Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Cut the cheese into small slices.

Clean the fresh fruit and slice.

Pour a small amount of the balsamic vinegar into a small bowl suitable for dipping.

Place the cheese, sliced fresh fruit and dried fruit on a serving platter with the bowl of balsamic vinegar.  Supply toothpicks or small dessert forks.

Dip the cheese and fruits in the balsamic vinegar ... enjoy.
