Made with high quality short grained Vialone Nano rice grown in Italy. Renowned as one of the best Italian rice varieties for making risotto; it is prized for its relatively fast cooking time, good yield and its great absorption of flavours from the ingredients it is cooked with.
This traditional Italian risotto works well as a base or accompaniment to a variety of different meats or can be served on its own as a light meal or starter.
