For more than 25 years the Quatrefages family have been producing these delicious pates in Saint Jean Du Bruel, France utilising a traditional L'Aveyron recipe. They pride themselves on using only the finest natural ingredients to produce pates that are free from artificial preservatives, flavourings or colours.
This delicious pate requires nothing more than fresh crusty bread and a glass of red wine to compliment it.
