Gaea Flame Roasted Red Peppers 350g
These beautiful peppers come from the Florina region of Greece, renowned for producing these sweet firm peppers. They are simply flame roasted, peeled and seasoned in wine vinegar and a touch of sea salt.
They are ideal for salads, stuffing, served with cheeses or used in sandwhiches. Layer peppers into casseroles, lasagnes or other baked dishes, or eat as part of antipasto platter served with a little of Gaea's devine extra virgin olive oil.
