Gaea Crete Cooking Sauce 315ml
This Gaea sauce won the 3 star gold medal at the UK 2007 'Great Taste' awards when it was launched, beating out Jamie Oliver on his home turf.
Inspired by the traditional Greek salad and created with the exact same ingredients, this sauce is a flavour filled blend of tomato, traditional Greek feta cheese, bell peppers, EVOO and fresh herbs. The sauce has been slow cooked as would a home made sauce to ensure its flavour and freshness.
Ideal for pasta, rice, pizza, bruschetta, spread on bread, casseroles, served with meat, seafood or as a base for lasagne sauce.
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Ingredients: Tomato paste, water, extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese, green bell peppers, sundried tomato, Kalamata olives, sugar, Mizithra (goat) cheese, vinegar, onion, basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
