Santorini is famous for its cherry tomatoes, with their concentrated taste and heady aroma.  Gaea’s Santorini sauce is based on these delicious cherry tomatoes, together with the fresh capers and wild oregano from the island and Greek EVOO.

It is ideal with pasta, pizza, on rice or in casseroles or as a base for bruschetta.
