Arnaud Black Olive Tapenade 120gr Glass Jar
In Fontvielle in the heart of Provence the Arnaud family have prepared this delicious seasoned black olive spread called tapenade (tah-pen-ahd) for generations according to an old family recipe. Tapenades have a rich history in Provencal cuisine. The word 'tapeno' is the ancient Provencal word for caper.
Spread it on fresh crusty buttered bread or crackers, whisk it into soups or stews, serve atop omelettes and grilled meats or stir through freshly cooked pasta.
To maximise flavour serve at room temperature.
Ingredients: Olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies, wild thyme, salt.
