For more than 30 years the Quatrefage family has been making delicious pates and terrines in Saint Jean Due Briel in the South of France, utilising French l'Aveyron recipes.  These delicious pates are produced from the finest natural ingredients, free from preservatives, flavouring and colourants and requiring nothing more than to be chilled and eaten with crusty French bread and served with a glass of red.
