For more than 30 years the Quatrefages family has been making delicious pâté in St Jean Du Bruel in the South of France, utilising French l'Aveyron recipes.  These delicious pâtés are produced from the finest natural ingredients, free from preservatives, flavouring and colourants and requiring nothing more than to be chilled and eaten with crusty French bread and served with a glass of good red wine.
