Conserverie Quatrefages
For more than 25 years the Quatrefages family has been making delicious pates and terrines in Saint Jean Du Briel, France, utilising traditional French l’Aveyron recipes.
They pride themselves on using only the finest natural ingredients, to produce pates that are free from preservatives, flavouring and artificial colours, and that require nothing more than fresh crusty bread and a glass of red to compliment them.
While they still manufacture according to traditional recipes passed down through the generations of the Quatrefages family, their state of the art facility ensures a beautiful presented product of the highest quality.
